that is not the traditional way of cooking pinakbet,ngayon lang ako nakakita ng pinakbet na ginisa at niluto sa frying pan,mas masarap pa luto ng nanay ko dyan.Chef pinaghahalo na lahat sa isang kaldero at yung baboy luto na o kaya chicharon will do.Sorry chef hindi ako bilib sa luto mo nagpapasikat ka lang kay kris,& i think kris will not eat pinakbet maarte pa yan kay drew arellano pagdating sa pagkain.
